Overview
Olive+Comet partners with reputable manufacturers & organizations. We believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our gear—and we’ll stand behind it. If you receive a defective or damaged item (or something else went completely off the rails), we’ll sort it out and make it right. Please contact us at support@oliveandcomet.com.
Aside from extenuating circumstances, Olive+Comet offers a general 30-day return policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
Item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all tags and original packaging. You may be asked to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase. We always aim for fairness but as a small business, we are generally unable to accept returns that fall into the following categories:
Items damaged by misuse, negligence, improper care, or show obvious signs of abuse or unusual wear and tear.
Items damaged by your dog. Or your neighbor’s dog. Or friend’s dog. Or cat. Or ferret.
Items contaminated, worn or soiled beyond a reasonable expectation.
Items that are missing labels, contain marred or defaced labels, or are not sold by Olive+Comet.
Items returned for personal reasons (like a change in your design aesthetic), unrelated to product design or performance.
Malicious or repetitive abuse of our return policy.
If your order was delivered damaged due to shipping, please email us as soon as possible at support@oliveandcomet.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition as it arrived. We’ll make things right.
Returns
Returns must be approved; items returned without an approval will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact support@oliveandcomet.com.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To inquire about an exchange, please contact support@oliveandcomet.com.
Refunds
Refunds will be made upon receipt & inspection (approved returns or exchanges only) and funds will be applied to your original payment method. Shipping costs may be deducted from the final refund amount. Please note, once a refund has been issued by Olive+Comet, it may take up to four (4) business days for it to appear on your statement.
For items damaged during shipping, please provide a photo of the package as you received it.
